who visits this restaurant should take time and have interest in people. then it is a wonderful experience to enjoy his dinner here. we have been relatiw in time and were the first guests. later other guests came (4 occupied tables), among them obviously also friends of the family. the patron, michel, is a loving older man (84), who runs this dreamy little restaurant with his wife, a good cook. the time has been stopped at the facility, but this contributes to the atmosphere. To receive the order, michel drew a chair of the neighboring to sit on our table. a menu is available in the form of two tables on the wall. on one stand two types of fish, on the other three types of meat. we ordered for children meat (poire) and for us dorade. to all was served as a supplement sweet, salad, potato and baguette, all very tasty. the meat was very delicate. the fish was swung on the table by michel with absinth flambiet. although nevers really is not on the sea, the dorade has made a very fresh impression. the only dessert consisted of a homemade ice bomb with many different types of ice. the wee and a local digestif, a kind of grappa, were good. he had not written down our aperitif and therefore for a short time forgotten. during our course he asked if the ricard had tasted to apologize, he forgot. we laughed about it together. he told us he loves to cook the old art and don't like modern. the courts offered. the ingredients are fresh and regional, also from its own garden, and from chantal, its wife, wonderfully prepared. for us it tasted typical French. the restaurant is with its dressed and especially its people a pretty piece of french that is worth experiencing.

the meat is chosen by the boss (on the beast and sometimes on our plates) and the quality is at the rdv. The welcome is a little atypical but so enduring. the accompanying vegetables and potatoes are full of flavor and the homemade desserts are worth a visit.

a small restaurant or the reception is parfais! an old deco but it is not serious. A map your short but good products a meat to fall on the ground!jy will return the eyes close without fault!!
