Gandolfo's New York Deli

I have usually got the drive up at this location or delivery. First time eating in and probably my last from this location. Every table in the place had crumbs and was dirty. Ice machine ran out ice, several other condiments were low or missing, garbage bins were just about at capacity. The three people working were obviously not too busy since they forgot to make my sandwich and when I went to enquire about the hold up I found them in the back on their phones. The guy who just took my order had no clue what was going on. No apologies were given.Food is still great here and would bring me back versus the big chain sandwich places. I really used to love this franchise and frequented most of its locations. Since it's closure of most stores and new ownership, I regret to say that it has taken a huge turn for the worse. The food quality, portions, and care put into making it seem to have all suffered greatly. From stale bread and obviously not fresh veggies, flat underfilled sandwiches, and haphazard way that all the food seems thrown together, it is no wonder this place has been empty the last few times I have given it a chance. The icing on this depressing cake is the giant mouse/ rat that ran through the dining room and into the cabinet under the soda machine. I think that final nail in the coffin is what will prevent...

I can't believe this place is still open.. Its terrible. They have good chocolate cake. But only sometimes. They only have really half the menu avail. And omg the sandwich I tried and the bagel sandwich was sooooo bad it pissed me off I wasted my money.... it was about 2 months ago... it's dead all the time. I don't understand.....

Went here for lunch the other day. The Urban Cowboy sandwich was amazing! So good. They also had Amazing service. I had two employees ask me if I needed anything while I was looking at the menu deciding what to order. Very customer centric location.

I ordered Philly cheese steak sandwich from here , they give great amounts of meat and it taste very delicious. I recommend order with combo which come side salad and drink. The broccoli bacon salad tastes great.
