I must say it is rare for me to Leave 5 star reviews and I am not easily impressed. Your Sandwiches truly beat all the rest! Much better then Subway, Jersey mikes, and what used to be my favorite Fire House Subs. Gandolfo's New York Delicatessen is now my Favorite Sandwich place to eat. I had a promo to get 50% of my next 3 orders on door dash and decided to try Gandolfo's. The quality of the food is excellent. The bread and all the meat is extremely tender. I visited this restaurant for the first time and was very pleased with my experience! I ordered the Double Play Breakfast Sandwich and the Huevos Loco Breakfast Sandwich. Both were served hot, delicious, and made with fresh ingredients. They actually use real eggs, which are cracked and cooked right there! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. I will definitely return and highly recommend this spot!
Overall, the food is good, and the staff is friendly, but the waiting time is incredibly long. Unfortunately, I've crossed this place off my list of eateries, even though it's very convenient, because waiting over 40 minutes for just one sandwich when there was only one person ahead of me is just too much. When I finally got home, I found that the Reuben sandwich wasn't even grilled. I'm really disappointed.
Meatball sandwich was my favorite. We ordered the meatball, tuna, and the roast beef with swiss. Cashier was timid and spoke in a very low tone of voice but the staff in the kitchen were nice and even said good bye to us as we left. It's a clean quiet little deli with great food and nice stop for a late lunch with my family!!!!!!

I really like the updated decor, but unfortunately, the staff seemed more focused on chatting about their day than taking orders correctly. The beef didn’t come with mayo, and to top it off, my order had no cheese! I probably won't return because I don’t want to waste money on expensive mistakes.
Ordered VIP Platter for a work meeting yesterday for our first visit to Gandolfo's. Everyone RAVED about the food. Deli Sandwiches were delicious and so fresh! The chocolate mousse cake light but very decadent. Staff was so courteous and friendly. Loved it all we will be back again and again.
Best Pastrami in IE and maybe even in Southern Cali... New York Giant lives up to it's name! Get a side of Ranch to eat it Papi Style. Don't get a Heart Attack Now! and Austin customer service match the quality of the food... ?

They make a great egg and cheese on a bagel for breakfast. And made just the way you want it. Why is that so hard to find?
Cute place. They have the NY touristy vibe down, but not quite with taste (especially the cheesecake). Good sandwiches
