Migrated review from another platform, as I'm consolidating my reviews to this platform. Visited in October of 2021. Wooow this place was bad. First time we came a couple years ago the broth was burned. Turned me off Ramen for a good while. I don't remember much else from then. This time, we came up around 6:30pm and put our names on the wait list. It took an hour which was fine because the waitlist functionality was great and we knew where we were in line while we were shopping elsewhere. When we got back the hostess said she didn't think we were coming back, then took our order (Shoyu 1910 while we were waiting for our table to be cleaned. She gave us a weird look when we were getting a si...

Brief Review to Shoyu 1910 Ramen 6.8/10 It is smart to open a ramen shop within this compact store. Before the ramen was served, you could definitely smell the roasting flavor in the air. But the flaw of this certain kind of Ramen is, there’s an unwelcome bitter flavor in the soup, which was coming from the over-roasting pork belly. They might used soy sauce during the glazing process, but anyway, it gives the meat a bitterness and light Smoky flavor. Since it’s a soup noodle, the bitterness catch up to everything in the noodle. Besides, I understand it was for better efficiency, but the bamboo shoots was a bit cold. This might be the special flavor that attract its customers, but I’m still...

We went there Tuesday at 7 p.m. and restaurant was full of people. We waited about 20 min (good organized line) to take a place in the restaurant. The restaurant is located in a commercial building and the place is tiny and cozy. There is a toilet room there, but you need to take the keys with the waitress. The food is amazing that they really prepare quickly and you have amazing options in the menu. Since the place is tiny, someone always comes to see if we're ready to eat. Is not a place where you can chat while you have a dinner. The participant is rude. I liked this place, but probably not back.

The best ravens in Boston! Super friendly staff. Because they are concentrated on riddles, they do an amazing work with their flavors. A wide selection of seleniums. The SHIO is my favorite! It's like the most delicious bowl of the chicken noodle soup you'll ever have. Waiting times are very accurate when you enter your names. Note: You do not have private bathrooms in the restaurant. You need to borrow a key to use a bathroom two doors down. You have recently opened a caravan chicken restaurant next door and you can order caravan while you eat ramen! Reserva una mesa ahora

I 'm not a ramen guy, so I won 't go into ramen nerd facts. However, the broth is very tasty. I love the noodles too. I also like the menma (bamboo shoots . The meal is usually fairly quick and the service is attentive. The alcohol menu is small but nicely selected. I especially recommend the ginger hard cider which is spicy and brisk, a refreshing contrast to the ramen (citizen cider 's the dirty mayor . The shop itself is cute and nicely decorated with good music, it feels cozy and fun and modern.

My favorite is the spicy Tan Tan ramen. There could be some waiting. Make sure you get waitlisted when you arrive. I always think sweet corn is a bit interesting garnish for ramen, but they did good job putting together for a tasty ramen. Meter parkings are available either on Harvard st or Central st. One of the best ramen shops in Boston area. Located inside the arcade, Ganko Ittetsu was a small ramen shop, reminiscing of a traditional Japanese ramen shop. All the ramen options were good, hard to go wrong. I recommend starting with their signature items first. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

We went here on a Tuesday night and it took us roughly 20 minutes to get a table but the wait was so worth it. Delicious food. I had vegetarian ramen, while the others in our party did not. Everything was absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend! Reserva una mesa ahora
