The Gannons crew is wonderful to work! While we are often involved in events, we have seen such work efficiency, flexibility and real friendliness! Not to mention, every single taste and every combination is to die! We recommend Jules and her team as a dessert category as well as a delightful sweet treat on a hot summer day

One of the best ice cream spots around Syracuse and although it was in a rather tedious location, I thoroughly enjoyed my ice cream and would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys great ice or shakes or malts!

Friendly people and delicious ice cream. I have a lot more ice than expected. I would recommend you to check your menu first online so you have a good idea of everything they have. Big desert shop for a hot day

First timer... and very happy. My aunt brought me (native). Had the banana divided. Very recommended. Sat outside under the umbrella and we enjoyed our sweet treats. Nice way to enjoy the 4th.

Gannon's has the best homemade ice cream bar none. Always busy there but they keep the line moving quickly and the servers always have a smile. Just a wonderful place!
