Gannucci's Italian Market

Another hidden gem in West Duluth! On the same block as the new West Theatre, near Beaners and Zenith Bookshop, this Italian Deli serves fast hot sandwiches, soups, pizzas, appetizers and desserts. There is also a deli with meat and cheese, and a wide range of Italian pastas, flavors and imported EVOO. I ordered the Porketta sandwich, and for the first time since the move into the Twin Ports I can say I found a big porketta! Huge hoagie filled with homemade porketta and provolone, served with a side of homemade marinara. If you are looking for old world taste, Gannuccis is the place!

Good food!! Enjoyed the Muffalto, I've never had one before...so tasty!! Lasagna was good too...we split to enjoy both taste treats!! Also had the bomb dessert (in pic), we couldn't make up our minds of which flavor so ask to split all three!! Spumoni was my favorite in the end...what a treat!! Triple D filmed this place in 2014, they made it thru 2020 pandemic, so stop in when you are in the area and keep supporting this family business!!

Mama Gannucci offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere where you truly feel like part of the family. The Lobster Ravioli in Pesto Alfredo Sauce is a must-try, as are the lasagna, featuring hearty Italian sausage, and the meatballs served with their delightful sauce. The salad is fresh and crisp, complemented by a delicious homemade Italian dressing with a subtly sweet vinegar flavor. I'm eager to sample the homemade cannoli next time!

This restaurant is fantastic! We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the warmth of the owners. The meal was delicious, packed with incredible flavors, and we had a wonderful conversation with the owners. After our meal, we explored the variety of meats and cheeses they offer and ended up purchasing quite a few. We will definitely make this our go-to dining spot whenever we're in Duluth! mama gannucci is super friendly her 're family once she in. lobster ravioli in pesto alfredo sauce is a don't miss dish like the lasagna (big Italian sausage,) meatballs and sauce are delicious, and the salat is fresh and crispy with deeelicious homemade Italian dressing (mild sweet vinegar flavor.) can not wait to taste the homemade cannoli!

this place is amazing, we love the atmosphere and friendliness of the owners. we had a delicious meal wire incredible aromas and had great talks with the owners. after our meal we spent time, about the many types of meat and cheese they have and bought many of each. we will definitely make our evening escaping when in duluth

I'm from the east coast, land of delicious delis. I was not impressed by many here in Minnesota, but found DIESES local jewel. It is not the most beautiful place, but the quality of meat and cheese are fantastic! Your homemade Tiramisu was excellent! Give them a try when you're in Duluth.

This review is solely for the tiramisu. It is honestly the best tiramisu I ever had in Minnesota. I love this place! Will come back and try the food next time!
