Ganterwald - Reservar una mesa

On our way to Brig we happened upon this lovely Hotel and decided it would be our spot for the night. The View from our upstairs balcony were amazing as were our hosts. Our room was very comfortable and the bedding superb, the bathroom was spotless. The dinner selection was very good and the service was wonderful, We would certainly return.

Sehr abwechslungsreiche Karte. Es hat für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das Essen war sehr gut, wurde rasch und sehr heiss serviert. Die Bedienung war einfach super. Feundlich, zuvorkommend und hatte immer Zeit für einen Spass. Wir können das Restaurant nur weiter empfehlen und werden sicher wieder dort einkehren.

We just love this place. This time we were here in time for lunch. We had a wait, which we didn't mind. Very busy the day we visited. Soon served drinks to keep us going and a short while later lunch. It was certainly worth the wait. Beautiful rosti with ham and cheese.

Warm welcome from staff combined with value food (simple but hearty dishes) make us come back over and again. Try the cakes in the afternoon ... you won't be disappointed ! Ganterwald stands out vs the other restaurants located on the Simplon pass itself !

I visited ganterwald for lunch and will certainly not return. Very rude man served us and made us feel very unwelcome. Very long wait as well for average food.
