My experience in this restaurant has been an absolute nightmare, and I can't express how much I was run. Despite the quality of food and pleasant decoration, a star is already too generous because of the execrable service and the pitiful welcome. When we arrived at 10 adults, we were greeted with contempt, as if our presence disturbed them deeply. The service was a total disaster. We waited an hour and a half to be served after our arrival, without any excuse offered. We had opted for an entry-plat-dessert formula, but the interminable expectation pushed us even before dessert, 2h30 after. The restaurant had a long queue, we assumed it had to be good. Wrong. We waited a long time to order our dishes. When we did, the food literally arrived in 3 minutes! first sign that something was wrong we ordered a burger, a chopped steak and shrimp. Everything was sitting there on a scaud waiting to be served and it had exactly the same taste. Each dish had the particularity to taste like nothing and be salted at the same time. We had to take our own water from the kitchen because it never arrived after asking twice. The overflowed servers did their best, but the place needs a complete redesign.
Quality of the meal very good but some servers zero no vouchers wait more than an hour for the water. And when we have the servers that come and that is fading on the chair and ask us you have all your order. The server limits the desire to work. And they tell us they're tired. And we who also work the year should say what. But our money is good to receive. First experience but not twice.
We came twice. At noon on Saturday and the day before our departure. What a waste! The restaurant has potential! Beef: requested bleeding, received blue Chicken: thicker part was raw. Received a single potato accompaniment, it’s really dared... Much too expensive for the quantity... We're all out of the table, always hungry... Increase prices slightly and give customers respectable portions...
