The hotel is aging. The carpet needs to be completely redone. The cleaning is not done correctly (traces of limescale everywhere, toilet with dirty bottom). It was cold in the living room of the suite so we couldn't take advantage of it and stayed in the bedroom area. (Problem that you told us you were aware of but you didn't mind giving us this room) We have the impression that the furniture in the room was found in the right place. When we arrived in the car park, we were attacked by a person from the hotel telling us that we had to park at the back of the car park because “at the back we are less stupid”. I don't think that's the way to talk to customers. In short, we will not come back.
This hotel could be magnificent because the location and the building are great, on the other hand already in 4* please put fresh fruit juice at lunch, living room: unacceptable carpet disgusting a shame, bathroom there is anti-limescale, shower not clean, trash not emptied ashtray either, I don't know if this hotel is run by an owner or just employees but react and take a person just to check all the cleaning after each visit, and then it will be perfect as a hotel. On the other hand, very good reception.
Apartment with hot tub: very dirty bay windows, stained armchairs, dusty floor...but nice decor, jacuzzi and beautiful apartment...the library in the breakfast room very dusty, stained common carpet..no privacy for the jacuzzi...what a shame to have such a good establishment and not take care of it..friendly staff, perfectly adequate breakfasts and top location with quick access to the city center..don't arrive late because parking is very quickly complete..
Very friendly staff, spacious and clean apartments, terrace, kitchen and utensils. Separate bathtub and shower. It has a paid spa and outdoor pool. Correct and efficient restaurant. Aligned with ecogism. Good location and good views. Free parking. Rooms: There are several types: standard hotel room, and apartments with office kitchen.
