I want to start off by saying we had a very good time, food was good, service was very good, drinks were good. Our issue was one of lack of information when booking on open table. INFO THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL COVER CHARGE TO GET IN EVEN IF YOU ARE JUST EATING. We made reservations for my birthday due to the great reviews we found. In LA area from East coast, and came across this restaurant. Did see a show starting at 8, our reservation was 7:30, and did see notes that table reservations required dining/bottle service. It has been some time since our last visit, but we wanted to have a special evening with some dear friends. We were looking for something different than our usual dinner spot, and Gaslamp exceeded all expectations! From the moment we walked in until we left, everything was fantastic. The service, staff, ambiance, food, cocktails, and music were all top-notch. It was a truly perfect evening! We won't wait as long to go back next time, and our friends also said they will be returning.
We went to the Selena night tribute to celebrate my friend’s bachlorette party! I made a reservation for the dinner with Sam and she was very helpful and sat us in a good spot!! We ordered the Ribeye Steak and it was delicious! I would recommend it! Plenty of parking :
I had the breakfast burger. So good! And the tater tots are outstanding! The service was fast and friendly. Great band playing today. Very comfortable atmosphere and friendly people. Super value for the money.
