Gaspard - Reservar una mesa

My husband and I went there last weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had the most incredible cocktails! We stayed inside and as it was early (we were with our 4-year old son), the bar was relatively quiet which was ideal for us! This place is so stylish that it feels like entering a new dimension! One slight issue I had: the service could do with being cranked up a little, the two guys working were friendly enough but especially for the price that we're paying for each drink, I was wanting to be treated with more care and personal touch. The exchanges were missing ... something... I didn't feel any passion for their work or any spark. So... incredible products, to be matched by equally incredible service!

We went there for a drink after work. The bar is very nice but the outside setting is on the sidewalk and it can get very noisy sometimes. The cocktails are good and if the list doesn't suit you, the waiter can propose you some tailored to your own taste, which is good. They, however, should be aware that the no-alcohol drinker are also paying customer and should be given the same courtesy, even more as the list has only 3 alcohol free cocktails.

We tried 8 different cocktails and we were NOT disappointed. The mojito is an excellent choice to cool down on a warm summer night. Other favourites included a refereshing cucumber drink with a gin base and a tequila drink served with a smoky salt along the brim of the glass like a margarita- delicious! The decor is not what you would expect from Marseille but rather from New York or Paris. Go there!

Probably the best cocktail bar in Marseille! To be a faithful client, I am always wonderfully surprised by the taste and balance of cocktails served!
