Two young chefs (working at a star chef) run the local HIRSCH in Schlattstall. I was always happy with the previous owner H.Steudle. Stefan Ralf brings the culinary subtleties a step higher than it was before. (Today HIRSCH was the favorite place of a very well-known DAIMLER Board of Directors, Fridays were beaten there) What for me, especially an incentive, is the Swabian onion roast. But also fish dishes and all other subtleties are good. I'm asked by friends when we go back to the deer? Tip: book in time!!! Addendum from 24.10.2014: Again a fabulous rust roast (see photo) for under 20. Euro eaten, also the zander fillet with pifferlings, simple class!!

This is a restaurant that you rarely meet. The place is not on a main road, but only a few hundred meters from the federal road. The reception and service are exceptionally friendly and friendly. In addition to the menu there are additional dishes. And here comes the surprise; quality and taste make literally, so excellent. Whether soup, main course or dessert, just top score! The restaurant Gasthaus zum Hirschen offers an excellent selection of traditional dishes and an extensive wine map. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is very friendly and attentive. Prices are appropriate for the quality of food and I can only recommend it.
