Service..Haben ordered a 5dl. mineral water without carbonic acid.We get 2 times 5dl. mineral with carbonic acid. at the menu kalbscordonbleu vegetables p.frites. we made without p.frites. on the bill they have calculated the nice though it is included in the menu.Kitchen. the kalbscordonbleu only had it sinking. the cheese already ran out in the kitchen. salatbuffet has not been refreshed from midday. had in three bowls only sauce without salate. (18 uhr) the merlot wein is cheap but also not good. u.s.wDon't come back. the opposite is beautiful.
we were seventh there on a Sunday and have eaten fondue chinoise ä discretion. quality of meat and ingredients was excellent. the chef personally showed very attentively and repeatedly asked if anything was wrong or desired. the view of the toggenburg direction churfisten and säntis is unique. playground and generally outside the restaurants is enough space for children to stay. highly recommended!
for an outing restaurant the service m.E. was badly organized. the employees had to provide the drinks on the buffet themselves and then put them in the computer. because this room was rather small, the employees were always in the way. therefore the service was very slow.The eating is good and inexpensive.
we ran from gähwil to iddaburg over hüttenstetten a steep way up to iddaburg a drink and the little one was unfortunately not a drink card available and on demand only an ice card service was nice and fast ice and coffee were delicious balls of ice 3,5chf coffee 4,1chf

enjoyed a fine menue and also a cordonbleu. was both very good. Although the "bear dead" (beautiful weather -> house and garden full) the staff was very nice (and patient!) the kitchen came a bit extra tact, since all had to wait a little long for their orders.
For those who respect the country style, they might like the evening in a rather comfortable place. Traditionally, for the German part of Switzerland, a village menu with smiley and careful personnel. The original dessert and the chef's dishes are very eternal.
Iddaburg was the ideal place for the wedding I visited in June. The views are amazing from Contanze and the Alps and hills. You can hear the cow bells as they roam in the valley, the sunset magnificent. The service of the staff was impressive.
the new pächter is now there for a long time and makes really nen good job. he has innovative ideas and mcht something from the restaurant. the food tastes excellent. it is cooked regionally but you can also see where the chef comes from:-).

good fresh seasonal adjusted kitchen. currently wild offers, cordonbleu, various cold foods, playroom for children. 3 month card.Friendly operation, somewhat remote. an outing worth, nice gardening, walling place!
... the restaurant iddaburg is certainly not located directly on the way, but it is worth the way there!!
