Gasthaus-Pension Hubertusstuben

The guesthouse is amazing, we spent a beautiful holiday. The Lungau area is wonderful for trips in the valleys but also the mountain hiking. The guesthouse is a family business and we were completely involved in the friendly atmosphere. The breakfasts were rich and delicious, as well as the meals from the menu. We really recommend the stay in this guesthouse, the family Planitzer is awesome. We would like to come back in the future.

Try the baked mushroom for a starter if you go there, best in town. This is the best value place to eat if you are looking for Austrian grub. It's a little further out of town but well worth the effort. Nice family run restaurant with a warm and comfortable ambience. They don't take big groups through, max 8 or 10 persons.

We always come by the hubertus tube when we arrive. tradition to eat with all of his cordon bleu. They serve a delicious salad. And a beer, of course. A delicious start of the holiday. Except he still doesn't recognize us after 32 years. Too bad. But we'll keep coming!

Just perfect. Super friendly staff, delicious home-made local cuisine. Very low prices for Austria! Love this place 100%!
