for more than 15 years I will eat regularly in the brain. Eating is always good. the scavengers are picked after old recipe every time fresh, the salat is made with a wonderful salats sauce. the portions are huge and I quote on the pommes (even if they are very good, because the carvings alone are enough with the salad for me. I like to buy the waiting time. the service is usually very friendly. I can only recommend the brain, even if I risk making a reservation to get a place.

Saturday night a table for 8 people. As an appetizer, I shared a flame cake with the others. As a main course a calf carving, but the proportion of children. Finally, pancake with apple sauce and I have to say it was just delicious. We look forward to the next time.
