Gasthaus zur Post - Reserva de mesa

We dropped by the Post on Saturday night at 6:15 and sat under a canopy of Chestnut trees. Service was prompt and all business. Our waiter provided menus in English when we asked for them. The food and rink was excellent. We all had different dishes and everyone of us was well pleased with the portion size and the quality of the meals. We shared a lot and the variety of flavours was excellent. Two thumbs up!

Just quickly in for an early Dinner....real cute little Biergarten, lots of locals dining there and the Lady in charge of orders was patient and friendly! Finished our plates :-) ...and got in contact with others at the table. Enjoyable place all in all! Would we hang out there if we lived there? YES!

I saw several reviews of this restaurant and I must say the negative ones do not seem to be fair. The service is friendly and at a reasonable pace. It is true Bavarian fare and is frequented quite heavily by locals. I would eat here again.

We sat out in the extensive beer garden and enjoyed a traditional Bavarian meal. It was quite busy, and service was a bit slow, but it was a good meal in the local Bavarian style. Portions are generous and prices are reasonable. Reserva una mesa ahora

When in Munich I am a regular here, especially in summer when you can sit outside in the beer garden. Friendly service, very good and inexpensive food and the brilliant Augustiner beer make every stay a lovely event.

We tried it yesterday nothing very special I could say okay reasonable prices we sat in a corner which wasnt so nice behind the bar may be its our mistake to accept siting on this table.

Great service, english speaking and friendly staff, good food...we came in a group of 18 people without reservation, and we were welcomed and served without any troubles

Came here pretty late to grab a bite to eat and their kitchen was closed so they offered us what two dish was still available. The portion was nice and big... Reserva una mesa ahora

Pretty average Bavarian dishes. The highlights from the menu were sold out pretty early, though. Reasonable prices; all in all okay place.

We have been to the restaurant a while ago and loved it. Food was amazing and service nice as well. Definitely going again
