Gasthaus Zur Sonne

We were there for lunch. The reception by the host was very friendly and pleasant. The other guests were mostly middle-aged and families with children. The guest room is nicely furnished. We could choose a place. Most of them are tables for 8 people. The menu is regionally oriented and there is something for everyone. You can choose between big and small dishes. Wines and beers in the region are good and inexpensive. The food is freshly prepared without the use of artificial sauces. Fried with dumplings was very good, as was the fresh side salad. The roast potatoes are well seasoned and not pampy. The price performance ratio is very good

I was there for dinner. I had the day soup (flat soup) and a Cordon Bleu, with roast potatoes and salad. The roast potatoes could've been a little bit more fried, but they were okay. Salad and cordon bleu were fresh and tasted very well. Also the food of other guests around me looked good and he tasted all very well. Price/performance is great.

We have reserved and got a nice place under the umbrellas. The beers were excellent and the food delicious at moderate prices! Some dishes offer small portions which were completely sufficient in quantities. We were kindly served and like to come back!

Located directly on the market square, the local offers classic Franconian cuisine in a rustic, wood-panelled guest room. We also enjoyed the wide range of vegetarian dishes.

Ground-facing guest house with very good food and equally price/performance ratio. We're coming back to the authentic host house.
