We only stopped for a quick meal on the roadside, but after what we saw, I am happy to share this secret tip with everybody. If you are passing Munich on the ring motorway, this restaurant, being only min drive from it, most...certainly is a better choice, than the motorway services. The restaurant has a feel good factor on their side, immediately when you enter, but tasting their food, just makes it better. As we were not really hungry, we only tasted some starters, but I found it nice, that even for such a small order, we got a very nice small cup of soup, as greeting from the kitchen. Everything we tasted was so good, that I would rate this, as one of the best restaurants, I have visited...
We're just coming out of trouble here because the way to Ashheim was locked and we're looking forward to... the prices are slightly higher, but every cent value... if it looks much better on the record than on the map you are satisfied as a guest... we were super satisfied with our desserts and will also eat here. on the neighboring tables it looked great.
Appetizer was very good, the Alm Cordon Bleu also. The onion roast was a little disappointing, as the meat was very thin and somewhat tough. Bread potatoes and salad were excellent. Unfortunately there were too little staff for the crowd of guests. We would have ordered another dessert, but the waitress just didn't come.
Auch dieses Restaurant besuchen wir seit Jahren regelmäßig. Neben der teils saisonal wechselnden Karte begeistert auch die den Jahreszeiten angepasste Dekoration. Zu Beginn gibt es immer einen Gruß aus der Küche, der uns sehr gefällt. Hier kommen wir immer wieder gerne her :-)
