I did not stay at this hotel, however chose to have dinner here one evening. They had a large group celebration coming a bit later but the service was good and we weren't in any hurry. I ordered the pork medallions in pepper sauce which...were lovely except of the medallions were not fully cooked! One was pretty raw in the center. When I pointed this out to the server at the end of the meal, she was alarmed and apologized. I had expected a bit of compensation on the bill since half of the food was not edible, however, nothing was offered! This restaurant was always packed and we now understand why. The wait wasn’t more than minutes. The evenings we ordered the Oma’s Winter soup and delicious bread which was enough for a late evening meal. The other night we ordered flavorful Gulasch and...pork schnitzel. A side salad and bread came with the meal. It is a laid back time so plan to relax. If you’re in a hurry, you may want to consider finding another restaurant. You’d be missing out on some fabulous dishes though.

I was there in my lunch vacation and was really thrilled. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food came fast and was very delicious. I had the Bert a Cordon Bleu different than you know, it was a carving filled with camembert and cooking sinks and covered with black bread. There were potato columns and cranberries. Everything together very harmonious, well seasoned and simply delicious. All in all a very clear recommendation from me!!

Very nice accommodation in the heart of Rothenburg. Rooms: Large clean room. Nearby activities: In the middle, ideal for sightseeing and similar walkability: difficult for disabled people since almost all old town has plaster. Food drinks: Many restaurants with delicious food Noteworthy details: We have a day earlier than booked health conditioned) To our joy we had to pay only the time we were there as well as the parking lot Thanks again!! A very nice restaurant it was definitely German and the food and service were excellent especially like the spritsail. The town Rothenberg is quite a unique place in this restaurant fits in perfectly

If you're looking for good traditional Bavarian food (duck, potato dumplings, braised cabbage, etc) this is a good option. Basic tables but friendly staff and reasonable prices Reserva una mesa ahora
