I have ordered a table for 4 people for the 02.03.2019, 13.00 hrs personally on 20.02.2019 and together with the personal selected a table. this was then entered into an orderbook with nr. and date. we appeared on time on 02.03. at 13.00 o'clock. the promised table was occupied. we were placed on a large board. because of my complaint, only answer was: we cannot keep a table free for them. I said that they had to say that when ordering was made, it was answered: how are they on it? we had ordered a table for the 2nd Christmas holiday. there were two food passages, loud telephone. a 11 o'clock and a 13 o'clock. we were ordered to five for at 11. as we had to drive a few km, and we had to get our visit, we were a bit more timely. it was 10min after half 11 when we wanted to get in there. the door was closed. had ordered on the last Sunday. diligen operation. beautiful environment. only eating this time has disappointed. the desired roulade was really knüppelhart, soße was asked and spot! homemade beats were defuffed as a self-formed industrial product. and a heated canned red herb? there were 34 people (golden high time) for lunch. fast and friendly. eating was plentiful and very tasty. have selected after a simplified menu. our guests tasted very good and they were delighted with this restaurant.
