Accommodation Top clean rooms. side towards the village very quiet. Mattress top. If someone needs a TV too small. Fridge would be top. Breakfast may have been possible fruit but had not asked. But for 8€ incl. drinks less expensive is not possible. Just like the room price very cheap. We felt very comfortable and at the price! Top! We'll be back for the little time! We were there in early January 2023. Had to write a quiet minute review now. Dinner in the restaurant also very good and inexpensive.
Today, on May 1st, we had ordered a table for 6 people. Unfortunately we were not allowed to enter the inn. Our smallest family member has hair and is called Lina. Why, according to that....does not fit the boss that the dogs are in the way. If it won't take long, children probably won't be allowed to go in. We then ate outside. Ein Schäuferle zum Niederknien. Sehr günstige Preise. Bedienung auch super freundlich, so wie die allermeisten Oberfranken, die wir kennengelernt haben. Wir kommen als Oberbayern immer wieder gerne in dieses gesegnete Land. A shovel to kneel down. Very cheap prices. Service also super friendly, like most of the people from Upper Franconia that we have met. As Upper Bavarians, we always like to come to this blessed land.
Very nice Franconian restaurant with long family tradition. Super friendly staff. We had previously reserved by phone, otherwise it will probably be bad with place. As we have seen, the place was very well visited. The food, we were there for dinner, excellent, all freshly prepared. That's why even a little longer waiting time, but not excessively long. We had a table reserved and were asked to sit on another table while we ate so that the senior manager can cover up for a celebration. We had reservations and were in the middle of food. The steak from the Franconian Angus Rind ordered in the cooking stage was completely raw inside. Apparently, the kitchen can only cook lumps. Conclusion: Once and never again.
Were there after a hike with friends for lunch. Very friendly staff, food was brought quickly. It was very hot from the temperatures, nevertheless the soup could have been hotter, the beans were fine, the peeling was a little small and too little seasoned.... everything in all but a good price-performance ratio.
