Gasthof Perauer

Der gute Eindruck begann schon bei der telefonischen Reservierung. Freundliche und höfliche Dame am Telefon. Das Essen war durchweg lecker, österreichisch gekocht. Wir aßen Schlachtplatte, Rindertagliata, Zwiebelrostbraten und Spinatnocken. Alles super gekocht und angerichtet. Abgerundet wurde das mit Sorbetvariation und Omas Zwetschgenknödel - ein Gedicht. Ich habe dieses Restaurant gewählt, da überwiegend positive Bewertungen geschrieben wurden, aber die negativen Bewertungen wurden alle vom Chefkoch persönlich kommentiert, und das fand ich super! So bekommt man doch noch einen zweiten Blickwinkel. Ich habe den Eindruck dass der Gast hier im Mittelpunkt steht und das spürt man. Weiter so!

Locale molto caratteristico, arredi in legno, personale in costume tradizionale, piatti tipici e atmosfera tipica tirolese.Abbiamo ordinato due piatti dal menù: un arrosto croccante di maiale in salsa di birra e una costata grigliata, entrambi i piatti abbondanti e completi di contorni vari e sfiziosi, come crauti e patate saltate col bacon.Buona birra scusa artigianale e ottimo lo strudel, servito caldo col gelato o la crema di vaniglia. Locale consigliatissimo. Se proprio devo fareun appunto, faceva un po’ freddo, ma qui è gente tosta. Prezzi nella media. (Per 2 persone abbiam speso meno di 50€)

This traditional family managed hotel near one of the cable car stations has rooms furnished with old refurbished furniture. The food in the large restaurant with outdoor terrace is typical for Tyrol and serves excellent regional dishes. The meat comes from the family owned butcher. People with a light sleep should ask for a room to the back, opposite the front runs a rather noisy stream.

Während unseres Urlaubes in Mayrhofen waren wir zwei Mal im Perauer und wurden jedes mal freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient. Wer bodenständige, währschafte Hausmannskost liebt, ist hier genau richtig.

Cibo buono, atmosfera rilassata, prezzi normali. Direi che non si può dire niente di più, se non che il posto è ok e che si mangiano le classiche cose austriache, però buono come sempre.
