I and my family went to Wallberg last weekend and finally to Rottach Egern, where we decided to dinner in this typical bavarian restaurant with a beer garden outside. The first impression was not so good on the main road and quite loud....The waiter was also not the friendly, but came quite fast and explain what the recommendation of the day and some more hints is. My mother took the fish of the day and it was definitely the best choice she could make. My father decided to have typical Bavarian sausages with sauerkraut and potatoes and they were not bad, but nothing special. And finally I took the cutting piece with egg and roasted potatoes and a sauce with mushrooms. That was really hard, not bad, but really hard and I felt like I had eaten a cow. So briefly summarized if you happen to be in this place and looking for a typical local food you can go and get this restaurant. It is not the best version of it, but you will certainly get full and would hardly ask for a desert if you like less, but more sensitive food definitely not your place. About the price I think they're okay, Tegernsee is anyway not the cheapest place on Earth so you get what you pay.

I first passed this place on my way somewhere else and said no because of the beer terrace that is only separated by green bushes from the super main road. Then I came back after reviewing some fancy spots and ordered grape splash and Kaiserschmarrn. Oh, my God! My tastes cry with pleasure, one of the best Kaiserschmarrn I ever had, served with apple mousse, definitely order it and go for it. The staff was nice of young Gentleman, polite, maybe asked three times if everything is okay... quick payment. If not the place, then the food... go for it!

We went there for lunch and the waiter greeted us warmly. We enjoyed delicious veal dishes and noodles and of course excellent beer. The service was attentive and friendly. We also had dessert based on the food quality of the entrees. Overall, we found the...food well prepared and very tasty. We would definitely enjoy dining here again.

Food was quite nice but the waitress staff who work very hard start clearing up around you at 930. One night when we only drank the waitress staff were clearly having an argument with the kitchen staff who had finished for the night- not pleasant....No doubt they work very hard and could even do with more waitresses.
