on a beautiful maiabend we were welcomed in the wilderness throughgrown garden of the wet. After he had inquired about our preferences, followed a really excellent 4-course menue surprise, starting with a warm savory salad with lachstatar, followed by a pastinaken soup with jakobsmuschelen, as the main course a bark fillet framed by safranrisotto and various vegetables. we enjoyed a forest master orbit to finish. the walliser heida and the Argentinian red wine (name is not mine), both in the open, rounded off the fine eating.We can continue the restaurant without restriction.
the restaurant was full on one side and therefore we had to participate in the almost empty front. So if you go, you should probably book in the street or as it is hot.The reception was extremely symphatic and the current menu was read with enthusiasm.Essen was prepared with much love and was also totally delicious (waldenburgertaler Rehpfeffer).A very big thank you go very clearly to the young people from the service who understood it as this call.
I used to be with my colleague and his parents there. after a journey from Langbrug to waldenburg we wanted to enjoy an ice cream. when we arrived in the restaurant key, we were already only thrilled by the back entrance. when we came in, we were greeted cordially by host adrian. he gave us a place and we got a delicious homemade ice cream that tasted very delicious. we were in the region and wanted to eat something. thanks to the information given at tripadvisor, we decided to do this locally. the reception was very special and warm. the recommendation of the house, which consisted of an appetizer and a fine involtini, was excellent as well as the recommendation of the weine, per deciliter ( bottle wine). we are happy to come back!
have ordered a pizza with mushrooms and there I expect from an Italian kitchen that certainly did not take dosen mushrooms the pizza was with something I don't think I would call so fresh ham. so it is not so good at pizzen
I didn't order the pizza. I had ordered diavola and pizza salame. the devil is not the same. very thick teig in comparison to before. mozzarella barely taste. it is very disappointing, no more special pizza.
