a restaurant that makes a mix of planchas and traditional Japanese. the plancha fish is composed of the choice of teriyaki salmon, cod sauce sweet soy sauce or dorade sauce soy sauce onion. all served with a pan in the vegetable plancha. Yesterday it was onion mushroom broccoli and peppers. a light and sufficient dish in quantity for who wants to eat well and healthy. The accompaniment of the planchas a bowl of rice a soup and a salad of cabbage as in all Japanese. two 2 plancha de dorades and two coffees plus drink the and beer 44 euros so correct according to the price criteria of the corner.
This Japanese restaurant is surprising, it had not been noticed at the beginning but it offers dishes that are not found everywhere in particular fish and meat at the plancha with good vegetables. The rice is delicious. the dorade and the beef in the plancha are divine! a serving of two is sufficient and it makes a good meal fairly balanced in the end!There are also more common dishes like sushi. to taste the sashimi salmon lawyer I can say that it was absolutely delicious! fresh products and large portions, a very good address to eat Japanese to overlook the eyes closed!
