The food here is decent. Its presentation is good, but more spices/flavors are required. The good part is that you don't feel hard or crowded. Just ask for hot sauce salt and pepper so you can repair your food. The sliders were really good. Skip the frits here because they were almost oily as if they tried to refry them twice. Kale Ceasar salad is good, but needs more vegetables. Customer service is great.
Amazing service! Waitress really knew her stuff and really helped me pick something even with my intolerances. We ordered the calamari as an appetizer and it was just perfect! I know a lot of places have calamari, but it's usually just average. I got the sea bass for dinner and it was just divine!! Wine selection waa great too, definitely going back to try their cocktails. Glad we found this gem.
Went for dinner to catch up with an old friend. I think they only had one waitress on for dinner on a Friday night. Food was very good. Had a cool movie on playing in the bar was a nice night. Under $100 too and we bought a bottle of wine and two main dishes.
Excellent service and food. The ambiance was nice on a Sunday night, not crowded at all. Unique theme with movies playing on a projector, no sound, just subtitles. Our server was very attentive and polite, food was fresh and tasted great. Reserva una mesa ahora

Gastroteca Astoria is a lovely little spot in the neighborhood great for a date night or a dinner with friends. The space is beautiful and romantically lit. The food is delicious although, perhaps a little overpriced.
