Simple/floor bar. I guess it was a butcher's shop. Would also fit into the small menu (Gulaschsuppe, Currywurst with Pommes, Sülze with Bratkartoffeln .... I was professionally stranded and after fourteen hours on the legs was simply hungry and thirst very good place for problem solution.
