I still know the Bolivar restaurant from the time, as “Knirps” of a Laubenpiepers. These are now over 60 years. Even then, as today, you liked to have a barrel shower - for the children and a beer. Christmas grits. We had super delicious rust roast sausages. And also the mulled wine was very delicious. Nice fire bowl. Cosy and warm. I especially like everything being cooked regionally.
