We didn't want to go in. From the outside, the restaurant reminded me of a crash pub. Not to a place to eat a little bite. The interior has actually fallen from time, but not uncharmant, even not necessarily ostalgic. And yes: the map is clear. And if you can make a culinary delicacies from fish sticks with pommes! That's not the point. Rather, a lot of fish sticks with pommes can be done wrong, which is annoying. If I eat Junk Food, at least I want it to taste. And in the Buchholzer Stübchen they were with the most delicious fish sticks of my life. Also the large salad was in principle a simple salad with salad, cucumber and paprika. But everything fresh and the dressing itself. And this is it: Whether 5 or 50 dishes are on the map or the host offers a kilo of fried fat as the main course: the posture counts.
