Venue was full and clearly not enough staff to handle the amount of customers. we were left sat waiting for a drink for 30 mins and food was taking around the same amount of time. Did complain to the manager who did everything she could and did her best to compensate us which is why I would recommend to a friend. think either more staff is required or a smaller volume of customers for you to get value for money and the best service possible.
I just happened to be walking past Gaucho and I only went in because of the lunch set menu sign outside. It was a Wednesday lunch time, so the place was quiet. Adriano looked after me very well. The prawn chicharron starter was very nice. The steak was lovely and the chips were ok. The rum-based pecan old fashioned was very nice. We booked in to your Birmingham restaurant for the Electro Brunch to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary it didn’t disappoint! Gaucho is our favourite steak restaurant. We have been to three separate venues always had a very enjoyable time. Can’t wait to come back again try the Beef Bottle experience. Thank you Gaucho for adding to a memorable weekend!
I had my first brunch at Gauchos, and it was truly a fantastic experience! We couldn't find anything to criticize about the food, the service, or our server. There was no rush; we were free to select whatever we wanted, and we genuinely enjoyed our time there. The music was at the perfect volume and added to the atmosphere of the meal. Fabulous! I had brunch at Gauchos for the first time, and it was an absolute delight! We were very pleased with the food, the service, and our server! We never felt rushed; instead, we were free to choose what we wanted and truly enjoyed our day. The music was at the perfect volume, enhancing the overall ambiance of the meal. Fantastic experience!
The food and drinks were served promptly. Our waiter, Mario, was exceptional—polite and friendly. I really can't find anything to criticize about the service he provided.
