Gaucho Brunch Chancery

The general manager on the day was rude and made us feel very unwelcome. We were late and we knew that we would be cutting into our eating and drinking time but let the restaurant know and they were fine. When we turned up we were made to wait around 10 mins before being told we are not allowed to complain, ask for a reduced price or ask for it to go on Longer than our slot. We was not planning on doing any of this but wasn’t sure why we were being briefed it really put a downer on our day. Dominic however was an amazing waiter and really made us feel comfortable it was a shame that the general manager made sure everyone felt very uncomfortable.

Enjoyed the food but they brought mine and my friends food on the same plate and it was different food example steak and eggs and avocado on toast on the same plate) Also the pornstar martinis seemed like they were poured from a jug on mass and not made individual. There was no foam on them so obviously on shaken and no passion fruit on the top. It was not special!

The service was slow, and we were only able to have five drinks during our allotted time. The food was nice, but it mainly consisted of poached eggs and a type of bread. My daughter waited for a bacon roll for 40 minutes. It was very loud, making it difficult for us to have a conversation. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to it!

The food was cold and it was quite average and disappointing for the price. The live band only played for about 20 minutes of our 90 minute brunch. The service was really great it was really the only good thing about it. Reserva una mesa ahora

The experience wasn't great; the staff was not friendly at all. The beverage menu was quite limited, and they didn't allow for any changes to the ingredients. It's a pity because it used to be so much better.

The service was excellent. The food was enjoyable, though it was served warm rather than hot. The drinks were quite good.

The piano band wasn’t very good. Food and service really good but the band had long breaks. Old song choice etc
