Gaya - Reservar una mesa

An absolutely must-have local restaurant. We were 2, we each took a half magret of goose accompanied by vegetables at one and small pods at the other and Mama! The cooking was undoubtedly perfect, an explosion of flavor and a wealth of simplicity. The magret and his accompaniments melted on our palets, were tender in teeth and emulsified our palets! It is quite simple this restaurant is without a shadow of a doubt in the top 5 of the best restaurants in which I had the opportunity to eat. It's no longer a recommendation, but an invitation to come and eat at Gaya that I'm writing to you! Be careful with your little stomach. For us, the main dish was enough and dessert was almost too much!

Currently the best value for money in Villefranche! And more than that, I recommend it to you with your eyes closed! The cuisine is top notch, an appetizing menu with always a few suggestions, adorable waitresses, a friendly owner and a cozy setting. We feel that everything is homemade and with the heart!
