We were seated next to a couple who arrived at the same time as us, but they were served their coffee and food before we were even acknowledged by a waitress. Gayle and several waitresses passed by our table without any greeting. One waitress nearby appeared to be coming over to assist us but then walked away. It became clear we wouldn't be served or even greeted, so we decided to leave. It's disappointing because we used to enjoy dining here for breakfast, but it seems things have changed.
