I would never create a poor review over a fluke incident. Occasionally mistakes are made in the restaurant industry. But I have had three poor showings, and have committed myself to avoiding them. I will say that they have a unique architecture and a unique demographic. You can't say anything bad about that. Unfortunately, I have gotten the poor end of service. a tl;dr on what went wrong: 1. I was seated and forgotten. We waited 25 minutes before we decided to just leave (not busy >1 of 2 tables) 2. Another occasion, skunky beer. 3. Rude customer service (was very busy to be slightly fair)
No food! How do you continue to call the place Gourmet Emporium and not have food! I'm told people bringing their own food and drink there. However we sat at a table for two hours to listen to a friend who sings there and not once did a waitress come to the table to see if we wanted anything. Everyone says you're expected to go up to the bar. It's good thing I don't drink
very negative experience here with a staff member that needs some training at the least or to be fired... treatment was so deplorable we left our drinks at the bar and left... yikes its the hospitality industry which involves being friendly and hospitable we will not be back which is a shame as we attend here frequently ...
