we have visited this restaurant for business lunch with eight people. we have received the ordered food 2.5 hours after the door of the restaurant! when we asked the server about our food several times, they mentioned that they first have to serve the...big group and that today they have only four cooks in the kitchen. after 2.5 hours the server brought my entrecote steak with, which I ordered medium rare, completely burned on the outside, pitch black. I have returned the steak, a few minutes later they came with the same steak that I cut the corner before I returned it) that seemed as if they had just stripped the worst upper layer) of course I pointed it back and server started putting it...
The initial service was a bit slow. There was a big packaging show in Dusseldorf and reservations were difficult. I was seated at the bar which was certainly fine. I took quite a while to get a drink order -- a martini and it was slow in coming. I ordered soup followed by ribeye steak with asparagus. I specifically asked that nothing be brought to the table until I finished my martini. No such luck--the soup came before i was half finished. The soup was excellent and served very hot. The steak and asparagus were perfectly cooked and flavorful. The liquor selection was extensive as were the bear and wine offerings. A bit pricey but very good.
The terrace is very nice. View on the water and sunset. Mosquitoes may bug you, but otherwise perfect. The building in which the restaurant is located was designed by star architect Frank Gehry. Nice & cool setting. Food good as well. I had an excellent octopus salad as appetizer and a barbecued to perfection steak with white asparagus. Several very good open and bottled wines. Not cheap, but good value. Service a little slow. I can recommend for business or a date.
Stylish restaurant - well sorted and equipped bar. Open room in the dining area. Server on hand and very friendly. Starter (Sashimi) and the Argentinian Filets were perfect. A 2011 Malbec rounded it and espressos and dessert were the perfect exit. Unfortunately the time between starter and main course was significantly and unisono toooo long otherwise 5stars

The location is absolutely amazing. I really liked the whole set-up. The food was great, even though I expected a little bit more from my 60€ steak. The location is nothing for cheap-pockets. All in all I had a good experience and on the next business trip I might take my clients there once more.
the service was very bad. not that they were rude or something, but it took forever before they hired our order and even longer before we got our food. even if we wanted another drink, we had to go to someone because they didn't. to our table. eating was very good.
Was there with the company, can only report good. Food absolutely top, had fish and it was absolutely delicious. Very nice services and the ambience is the hammer. The location at the media port is also ingenious. All in all, I can only go to anyone close there.

This high end restaurant is located in Medienhafen in Duesseldorf. The food was delicious and interiors are tastefully done. Worth a visit
