By the time we got into our room, we thought all we could manage was to eat in the hotel restaurant. I called and got a reservation and when we arrived downstairs, they had a table next to a huge window looking over the street with candles lit and all ready for us. Very romantic setting. This is a very high end restaurant, I've been to several others and they cannot compete with this. The food is fantastic, full of flavour, the staff are very efficient but do not being an annoyance, wine is great and service was quick aswell, I was not waiting long between courses. This is what I would call a 'posh' establishment, if You are after large portions or simple meals this is not the place for you. The meals are well thought out and presented. I would recommend the set menus as it gives you the best deal for the food. Expect to pay around (or above) €60 PP for food and drink. But it's worth every penny. I would definitely come again.
this is both a bar (bar rich) and a restaurant in the bielefelder hof. each have made their own menu of the same kitchen and are happy to request special (a colleague wanted a piece of fish and salad from menu, they...here a large plate with salmon and salat.) apart from various menus, frills in the restaurant do not contain in the bar: prompt table service, free bread and a little bit of the kitchen before the main course. both menus have just enough variety, nowhere near an overwhelming variety. the service is pleasant, but sometimes some sluggish.
we eat a lot in bielefeld, but this was our first experience of insane and we got a rest contract. we had the 4 course set menus with matching weeping and each curs delivered something different and aromen that we have not experienced so far....The 5 flavors were a joy (see photo.) the restaurant was quiet and the service was therefore very timely, in which we could have done with a little longer between the curses. over the same price as other high-end restaurants in bielefeld. will surely return!

For me one of the nearest restaurants in Germany! For years the team has been developing ever better. In the meantime, I plan a trip to Bielefeld to the GeistReich and have never regretted it! But be careful! On Sunday there is no mindfulness for creative break; it also eats in the bar at a high level. And Sunday events once a month rush from the peak to the peak. Next
The restaurant Geistreich im Hotel Bielefelder Hof is highly recommended. I was able to test the restaurant on the so-called Beefabend and was positively impressed. Very good quality, good service and very good drinks. Come back here. But see yourself;
We had a 5-course dinner with wine tasting. Friendly and very competent advice. Pleasant ambience. One of the best restaurants in Bielefeld.
eating is very good, but we had to wait an hour for eating. that is too long to wait and not acceptable.
