Gelato Grotto - Reserva de mesa

We've been visiting this gelato shop for 8 years, but recently, we've noticed a decline in both the quality and service. The last few times we came, I was hesitant about returning. However, during our most recent visit, we realized that the gelato doesn't taste as it used to. The servings are larger, but the flavor seems to be lacking. I'm not sure if this change is due to new management or something else entirely.

Wow, this gelato was absolutely amazing! The person who took my order was really friendly and professional, too. It’s a bit on the expensive side for desserts, but I'm more than willing to pay a little extra for quality that is so evident in the taste.

not sure if it was the owner, but the lady who was present was super sweet. I've never been anywhere where the personal seemed really happy to have us in their facility. very patient, when some asked for a budding rehearsal. the gelato was delicious.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The interior smelled odd, and the gelato was incredibly disappointing—it lacked flavor and was hard and icy. My partner and I ended up leaving disappointed. Save your money and go somewhere else! Reserva una mesa ahora

Great gelato! Even with the limited selection due to the pandemic, they still do a fantastic job. Before the pandemic, their variety was much larger, which made it easier for them to satisfy your sweet cravings.

The owner serves excellent ice cream to his customers and is extremely friendly. You'll really enjoy his Italian ice cream. Don’t forget to take some home; he provides great containers for you!

Love it! You can eat inside and outside. The service is super friendly. The prices are okay, and the ice tastes really good. I love hazelnut ice cream and they have it!!!

They have many flavors to choose from as well as flavored popcorn,chocolates,pastries and candy. I got gelato to go and some banana and chocolate flavored popcorn. Yum!! Reserva una mesa ahora
