Gelato Italiano

I visit Gelato every year with my daughter and my brother Jean Paul. The people are wonderful, extremely generous with the scoops and very understanding of my daughter´s allergy to dairy products. Having the most delicious dairy free chocolate and strawberry in the city, in my opinion. They also have a good variety of choices and the friendliness of the staff is a bonus. I would recommend to all to try for yourself! just great!

Don't look for a shop sign reading Gelato Italiano it just says Gelato. A 2 minute walk from the museum castle. One of the best things about having kids is you get to try 4 different types of ice cream each go so I've now tried 8 types and they're all amazing. Peanut M and Ms was a highlight. Very reasonable prices and the cones and ice cream are large even if you pick the smallest option. Worth the detour, delicious.

They have really good ice cream and sorbets in all different flavours. I also love their granizados, I recommend melon or the classic lemon. The staff is also very nice.

One of the best home made ice creams that I have ever tried for the price of a standard one (a cup with three different flavors costs only 2.5 €

Some excellent ice cream served here with queues forming continually all evening when we stopped off after our main meal.
