All my non-vegan friends can't stop praising Messina for its inventive, unique, and delicious flavors that are constantly changing. Unfortunately, for vegans, the options are quite limited, with only a short menu that typically features standard savory flavors, often fruity. Don’t get me wrong—I absolutely love the lemon sorbet, and it’s great that the cones are vegan. However, considering the price and the amount of time invested, it probably isn’t worth it unless you’re going with non-vegan friends.
This is some of the best ice cream I've ever tasted. It was light, creamy, and incredibly fresh. The only thing I would suggest is to reduce the sugar just a tad. If you visit on a weekend, be ready for long lines, as they can get quite lengthy.
They told me that the chocolate has been vegan for years, but I recently discovered that's not true. The only vegan options they offer are fruit flavors, which I find rather unexciting. However, on a hot day, it’s still enjoyable.
The restaurant offers excellent gluten-free options and is very aware of contamination risks. If you let them know you have celiac disease, they will use a clean scoop and retrieve your gelato from a separate tub in the back.

Outstanding man served us 2 cones with two scoops. Let us sample and answered questions with a smile. We could only choose 4 but all were nice. Well definately visit again. Best sorbets ever had. Easy parking in the evening.
The restaurant offers a great variety of options. I noticed they used fresh, clean scoops and opened new containers from the freezer after confirming that all the flavors I wanted were safe for me to enjoy.
The food was incredibly delicious, and the staff were very helpful in providing me with the allergy information. They also had a fresh tub of gelato with a clean scoop for me to enjoy.
I really regret not getting two scoops! Their cookies and cream ice cream was amazing! The ice cream was thick and creamy, but what really stood out were the chunky cookies!

Delicious gelato and excellent service! They offer a wide variety of flavors as well as sorbets.
Many options and the ice cream was good I got the hokey pokey flavour!
