Gen Korean Bbq House

The food remains delicious, but I’m disappointed to report that the restaurant itself has unfortunately become a bit run-down. Many of the seats have worn upholstery, some dishes are chipped, and others have been replaced with plastic take-out containers, which look quite unappealing. The entire place could really use a thorough cleaning; everything seems coated with a film of smoke and grease from the grills. It's a stark contrast to how things were during the pandemic. It’s a real shame because it used to offer such a wonderful dining experience. I sincerely hope they consider investing in some renovations; otherwise, they risk losing returning customers. It was the first time I been to a Gen Korean BBQ or similar restaurant like them but todays occasion was for our friend birthday in which they’re regulars here, to begin with this place has great service very clean super friendly staff we were asked what type of meats we wanted and we hardly waited 3mins to get each meat non stop the grill surface was replace constantly super fast,overall great experience again specially to be first time for me in which also I’m not a huge red meat fan but this place didn’t disappoint I highly recommend it next time I’ll get marinated chicken and spicy shrimp since is more the meat I eat tho great place for birthday’s or dates or hang out with friends

The prices for food are reasonable, but this restaurant has really declined. A few years ago, the quality of the food was excellent. Now, they seem to be using low-quality meat, which is mostly fatty. The picture shows the brisket, which is mostly fat and lacks meat. It's sad to see how far this place has fallen from what it used to be.

I've been here for years. They take their sweet time to bring you new plates, so its not really a buffet. It is like a 2- or 3-course menu where you cook yourself.

The food and meat quality was good. Service was slow, we had to ask several times for things like garlic, rice paper and rice. Otherwise food and taste was good.

Our waitress was fantastic! The food arrived promptly and was absolutely delicious. My family had a wonderful time, and we can't wait to return!
