This restaurant serves incredible fried chicken. If I were to visit a dedicated fried chicken spot and received what they offer, I would be thrilled. They should really call it Gene's Fried Chicken! Trust me, don't miss out on the fried chicken; it’s available only during lunch. You can get a 3-piece meal with a cookie for just $5.50—what a deal! I don't know who Gene is, but this place is a gem. They also have a standard deli and a variety of convenience store items. The staff is very friendly. Just a heads-up, there’s a small credit card fee. Seriously, make sure you try the fried chicken!
