Geoffrey Pizza - Reservar una mesa

Déception totale !!! Nous commandons très souvent chez eux mais le service n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur. Jamais à l'heure et on ne prévient pas le client qui attend son repas du retard. C'est à nous d'appeler pour savoir où ça en est. Commande pour 20h, pas de dispo avant 21H15... Ok, on peut comprendre car soir de match. 21H30, pas de nouvelles, on appelle et on nous dit qu'ils ont eu du retard et qu'il faut attendre 30 à 45 min pour se faire livrer !!! Si je n'appelle pas, je n'ai pas mes pizzas en faites ??? Sympa avec un petit qui attendait ça avec impatience ce soir là... Plus jamais je ne commanderai chez eux et je ne leur ferai certainement pas de pub vu le service exécrable...

Total disappointment!!! We command very often at home, but service is really not up to it. Never in time and we will not warn the customer who waits for his late meal. It's our call to know where he is. Order for 8:00, no break before 9:15... okay, we can find because the game night. 21:30, no news, we call and we are informed that they have been late and we have to wait 30 to 45 minutes to be delivered!!! If I don't call, do I have my pizza? Nice with a kid looking forward to tonight... I will never order at home again and I will certainly not give them a pub for execible service...
