We were really disappointed with the food the menu sounded interesting and it did not live up to the descriptions. Overpriced steak, sticky tasteless beetroot hummus and a crab risotto which was salty and had bits of cucumber stuck in it. Lovely staff though. Sorry won’t be returning.

Helpful staff on the whole but forgetful… had to go and fetch them to order and to remind them of the order they didn’t also tell us the kitchen was closing so when we went back to add to the order they informed us we couldn’t

Lovely food, great service (and they turned down the volume of the music when we requested that it might be a bit quieter). Perfect place to stop when walking nearby.

Food came quickly and tasted good well cooked. Real ale choice rather limited but adequate. Initial service slow but waitress knowledgeable and courteous.
