Went to George Street Ale House before a show at the State Theatre just a few blocks away. Had a great meal and beverages, was served on time and was offered a 15% discount because we had tickets in hand for the performance. Lively crowd as there was a playoff game on the tvs. Great experience and good price. Definitely recommend! Casual dress, of course.
Sat down at the bar and after 5 minutes of being ignored ordered a drink. Watched the bartender pour it then leave it at the end of the bar…After 5 minutes of staring at my drink across the bar we left. We think they serve a brunch but we were given a normal menu so we can’t be sure. If we are looking for silver linings, the bar stools were comfy.
The burger was perfect. The fries were decent. The waiter was great. I didn't plan to come here but Google Maps lead me to a different burger place whose food comes from this kitchen, though you can't order it in person, so I was annoyed, but at least the tavern food was good.
Good staff and food. Everything i had there during our trip was great with the exception of the wrap i had to send back. The wrap itself was good but the chicken was dehydrated and tasted old. Our waitress/bartender was great...i just got a grill chicken breast with my fries. Reserva una mesa ahora
The restaurant was cozy and inviting. We received a warm greeting from the manager and all the staff were fantastic. The food and service were outstanding. We will definitely return and highly recommend the George Street Ale House.
had a great time with my fiance. music was good, the food was good. the 16 alarm burger is diabolical if you add the ghost pepper chili sauce. 5/5 would come again.
Our waiter was extremely attentive and personable. He made the entire experience pleasurable and we look forward to returning in the future.
