Overall, I had an excellent experience with the takeout dinner I ordered. The food was outstanding, earning a perfect rating, and the service was equally impressive. The overall atmosphere is hard to judge since they don’t have dine-in or outdoor seating, but it certainly reflects a commitment to quality in their takeout offerings. A top choice for a delicious meal at a reasonable price!
I'll be brief and to the point. The gentleman who took my order was cool. He had my food ready pretty quickly on this visit. The potato had a unsavory burnt spot on the bottom, but that thing was fully loaded and delicious. It was a great starchy all in one meal. I highly recommend the Meat Lovers Baked Potato, Broccoli Chicken, and the Meat Lovers Broccoli Chicken and Cheese Potato. The Philly Potato and Baked Potatoes are also worth trying!
Service was horrible!! The lady that works at the counter at the Lovejoy location, has a very rude demeanor. The food doesn’t taste as good as the one in Jonesboro by Roses. Little wait, but that meant that my food was fresh! So many options I'm back. They only use the microwave to melt the cheese at the end for a few seconds, not cook all the time
The lady in the photo is rude. She thought we said chill cheese fires not potato. She got really loud with us when we corrected her. Please work on your customer service.
