The quality and taste of the food was top and so was the service. The price is certainly high, even for vegetarian dishes at 24 EUR it's almost on the threshold (polenta with mushroom ragout). What we find unfortunate is the fact that you have to shell out EUR 3 for the second spoonful in order to share a dessert, which is honestly ridiculous. Otherwise, a really beautifully located location that is recommended. Food: 5

A culinary and vino brilliant experience! The tannery is a dream concept for everyone who is up for fine dining in a friendly atmosphere. The boss's wine knowledge is also impressive. I guess they only serve regional wines there including real grenades. Absolute insider tip MUST GO PLACE. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The weekend before last I was at a birthday party at the tannery in Waiblingen and the food and service were first class. We felt very comfortable the location right on the water is just great. A wonderful evening for the birthday child and all guests.
