We were visiting family in Springwood and decided to grab some lunch. After visiting the Getta Burger in Carindale, and realising there was one in Springwood, we thought we would give it a try. Considering the Carindale store was so good, we had high expectations. Unfortunately the Springwood store does not hold up against its sibling store. We ordered similar burgers that we ordered last time, but they did not have the same pizazz. The flavour was not really there, and the meat was slightly overcooked. Went here for my sisters birthday a couple of months ago as we'd known about Getta Burger for a while...then were relieved when one opened up shop closer to home.From what I remember the food was pretty good - burger wasn't AS droolworthy as I expected but I did get my expectations quite high from just seeing pictures alone. The filthy fries were AH-MAZING. loved them! The fries could be a bit crispier, but still had the flavours there. The shop is quite small and only real seating space are little picnic type tables and lucky we got there before a crowd for dinner as we would have been waiting a lot longer than we had for our meals.

Great quality burgers, very filling. Yummy fries. We had the beef brisket and the melt. Friendly service that addresses you by name - that was memorable.
This outlet has easy parking just outside and not much of a queue on weekday lunch times.
Not particularly kid friendly eating but there is space for a pram. We ate it while the LO was asleep. There isn't a lot of seating, but you can do takeaway.
Next time want to order the loaded fries - they look good!

We've been here multiple times and are yet to find something we don't like. It's not often you can find somewhere that will fill teenage boys! Getta Burger does that and then some! I'd much rather pay a little extra for real food with genuine ingredients and delicious flavours. The staff are lovely and I've always had service with a smile, even when the place is flat out busy :-) Worth it in every way.
I was with a carnivore friend who was craving a burger. So in here I was dragged. My friend ordered a burger with the LOT (not sure what was in it) however it looked huge & was expensive but settled his craving for meat & fries evidently. I tried his fries they weren't bad, but personally didn't think they were worth the money

Burger is very big and patty is very thick, however the taste is so bad. Patty is totally overcooked , very dry ; sauce is not enough and no flavor at all. Bread is cold and dry. Even hungry jack burgers are much better than this. I would rather go to grilled next time. Very disappointed.
