There are four stars for the staff. Friendly, diligent and service oriented. Sufficient parking. Good distance to Hamburger City, but no restaurants or shopping. The prices are definitely cheap, but only if the occasion of the night coincides with it. The equipment is simple and down. The beds slip apart during the slightest movement. My room was on a balcony of smokers. The jelly pulls through every gap. Bed linen badly cleaned (black lint) and lilly. Totally used cushion. The lighting on the bed was broken. Good location in Tötensen. No Dieter Bohlen didn't run over my feet. Great buffet breakfast, it was refilled. Hot drinks by machine. Small manko, the sliding doors of the shower give only approx. 40cm free. For a slightly muscular type like me, just as fit. Shampoo, soap and hair dryer available. Receptionsservice friendly and top.Gern again.

Clean, nice staff, breakfast is good and completely sufficient for us. 1* kidnapping because there is no elevator, but some stairs in the house and the pillows were a catastrophe both the thinner and the thicker pillows( had morning pain.

Old 70s room. Bath not as described by Google, white and modern. I don't know if there are other rooms, but two other couples we met in the hallway have the same old equipment.
