During our wait, none of the three employees at the reception desk, who frequently glanced our way, offered to assist us with drinks, check on our table status, or even invite us to sit at an empty dining table nearby, despite the seafood bar having available seating the entire time. We checked in at the reservation desk twice regarding our status, but both times they failed to remember who we were or that we were waiting for our table. We have been loyal customers of Giancarlo's for years; for instance, our check on our last visit was $640, with a generous $200 tip. However, after about 20 more minutes, I did start to realize that our food was taking longer than anticipated. Just then, our server delivered our meals. I didn't feel the need to complain or voice any dissatisfaction, but before I could say anything, our server apologized again and informed us that our entire bill had been covered. I was genuinely taken aback and thoroughly impressed. I'm not one to complain in such situations; we understood that it was a particularly busy night. I encountered an issue when making my reservation; the girl who took my call didn’t ask about any “special occasion” or if I had a “favorite server.” However, when I called back to confirm, the main host graciously corrected everything for me. Our table was wonderfully cozy, and our server was fantastic—knowledgeable about both the wine and food, and providing excellent customer service. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, exactly how we requested: one rare and one medium rare. I also asked our server to surprise my wife with a dessert, and the pastry chef did an incredible job with the decoration. Our one-year anniversary celebration at Giancarlo’s was truly amazing. we had a reservation of 7:15, but got no placement until 7:45. the host was very respectful and apologetic, as the restaurant was completely full and the party before us had not left the table. the bar was impossible to get drinks, so we stood and entertained among us. they would think that this would be necessary a negative review, but the host, if we sit two appetizers offered to enjoy the late sitting. this was done with gnade and respect. the food and the service were excellent. I recommend this restaurant.

This was my third time at Giancarlo’s and it was just as amazing as the first time I went. They never disappoint their food and drinks are amazing. I got the 8 oz filet mignon with their heavenly mashed potatoes and asparagus. My boyfriend got the 14oz New York Strip with the half pound South African lobster tail. All was truly delightful.

Wonderful restaurant. Food was great and service was phenomenal. Zachary was tremendous. Only issue was a large group at the next table that were screaming over each other the entire time, but that is not the restaurant's fault. Some people are just inconsiderate.

Our server was fantastic, and even though the bar was busy and we had to wait a bit for our drinks, our server kept us updated and attentive. We didn't order a burger, but everything else we tried was delicious.

Our server was Jacob. He was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and was very attentive to our needs.
