We were 3 people. When we came there wasn't much going on. Service was not friendly and doesn't speak English. Bottle of water and wrong dish brought, totaling 5.50 francs more than ordered. We stuck with our order and waited even longer. When paying I pointed out his mistakes and the service shook hands and spoke Italian, he corrected the amount of our meal to CHF 3. less. The food was soso and service was so unfriendly.

Our experience here was decent at best. It was a bit pricey but everything in Lugano is expensive so it is to be expected. My girlfriend was disappointed they do not serve their piadini with fresh mozzarella during the week. She ordered the grilled vegetable sandwich, but the veggies were cold. I ordered the bresola sandwich, this was much better.

Were there on Saturday lunchtime around 12:30 p.m. and the restaurant was about 50% full. The service was good. The food was ok. The view was great. We came here because they accept Bitcoin.

Honestly, the worst place I've ever eaten at. The food is very tasteless, it doesn't taste good at all for the price, the product should be improved, the service is good.

Food was very bad! Service: unfriendly high 10 Ambiance: if you want to play with the birds then this place is perfect. Too expensive for this meal. Too bad but true.

Wonderful view of the lake Lugano Very good food and fast delivered. Friendly staff. Coffee was for free.

The pizza is delicious, but the waiters can cheat by a couple of francs, check the check.
